WEDDING Set up and Installation fees

Setup fees are variable depending on location and how long we need to be there to set up the necessary items.   This listing is meant to give you an idea of the cost but it may not be super accurate. For example: set up at Arowhon Pines Resort in Algonquin Park will cost more because it is a much further drive to get there, than for Deerhurst Resort, even though the number of items we need to install may be the same.  Also for example: if you have 2 simple pieces for the front of the aisle and no arch, our set up fee may be less than stated here.  It’s really is very dependent on what needs to be accomplished. 

Adding a listing to your cart will also calculate the mileage to your destination. If you do not need us to set up florals on site, then that mileage charge is the only charge you pay for delivery (based on a single van). That is our driver simply dropping off the florals, and you setting them out and you installing arch pieces etc. 

Generally speaking, our set up includes one van, a driver, at least one floral designer, ladder, tools and we install arch florals on your arch, set out centrepieces, head table decor, loose cut greenery will be placed on tables, we install chair clusters in the aisle, set out columns and arrangements on them. Install Welcome, Seating signage sprays, florals on cruiser tables and bar and any other florals needed to be set up.

In order to complete our set up, table cloths at the venue must be already set out (we do not do this, it is the responsibility of the venue or other vendor)
